In preparation for opening the CG Boutique doors, we have fully adapted, embedded and internally trialled all the latest ‘COVID-19 Secure’ practices as advised by the Government. This will make sure we still give you the best possible experience but in the safest possible way protecting both you as our customer and our team at CG Boutique.

This includes but is not limited to:

 

• You will have exclusive and private use of our newly refurbished, extremely spacious, two storey, two changing room Boutique (which is normally chargeable).​​ ​We’ve new dresses, furniture and fittings so everything is clean and new, ready for you.

​

• Run by appointment only so we can control the number of people in and out of the Boutique allowing enough time to clean in between sessions.​ If you do happen to walk by and want to come in, we may just ask you to kindly pop back after 15-20 minutes (if we don’t have an appointment inside already), to allow us to sanitise the Boutique effectively for your return. If it’s a last minute thing, just give us a call and we will still try to accommodate you as best we can.

​

• Our Boutique door will be locked but our sign will say 'Open'. Just ring the bell and we will come and let you in. A contact free laser temperature check will be carried out upon your arrival. This is to ensure we don't risk any contamination and our team can be protected before you come for your appointment.

​

• Keep a 2-metre social distance rule (wherever possible) between you as the customer and our employees of the Boutique.

 

• You can bring up to three guests with you (if you wish). You will be welcome to virtually dial in anyone else on the day. We will continue to be guided by the Government on mixing outside of your household and adjust measures when we are advised it is safe to do so.

​

• Face coverings will need to be worn by you and our team whilst using the fitting room. Please bring a face covering with you to wear at the Boutique. We will have some spares if you aren't able to obtain any.

 

• We will ask you to wash your hands for 20 seconds with antibacterial products that kills 99.9% of bacteria before we move into the fitting room to try on your dream dress. Our team will be doing this throughout the whole day as well.

 

• We will provide hand sanitiser within the Boutique for continual use during your appointment (that kills 99.9% of bacteria). However you are welcome to bring and use your own sanitiser too. Our team will be doing this throughout the whole day as well.

 

• We will be wiping down surfaces in between appointments and doing an even deeper clean throughout our Boutique, even more than we would normally do with disinfectant (that kills 99.9% of bacteria) morning and night.

 

• We will continue to steam clean our dresses daily and clean with antibacterial spray after every appointment. The heat is at 90+ degrees Celsius each time, which would kill 99.9% of bacteria.

 

• To ensure you are fully guided, our Boutique team have undertaken the ‘British Assessment Bureau’s Coronavirus COVID-19 Awareness Course’ and have now been ‘Certified’ to keep you as safe as possible.
